Fifty-one percent now controls forty-nine percent. That's not freedom. In the constitutional republic like America was; that Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and George Washington created here, ninety-nine percent of the people couldn't take away the rights of one percent of the people. That was freedom but in a democracy fifty-one percent can take way the rights of forty-nine percent... that's not freedom... that's not even a good form of Government. America was only a democracy in the sense that the majority voted for the people that they put into office. So it had some democratic principals, but it wasn't run by majority rule; that was never the intent of America. America was always the land of the individual and that's what made America a great nation and separated it from all the other nations in the world, because it ran under that concept.
